Privacy Policy
What Calendoctor stores, why, for how long, and what you can order.
1. Who we are
Calendoctor is operated by KAMPLISH – DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA, CNPJ 35.977.805/0001-74, with headquarters at Av. Marquês de São Vicente, 1619, Edif. Deep Bar LED, Set. 1510, Várzea da Barra Funda, São Paulo – SP, CEP 01.139-003. We are the controller of personal data processed by the application and website calendoctor.app.

2. What we keep

What we never do: sell your data, use your calendar or finances to train artificial intelligence, display advertising based on your behavior, record audio, follow your location in the background or browse your gallery.
3. Why do we keep

4. What only stays on your device
Calendoctor works without counting. In this mode, your calendar and finances are only stored on your cell phone, protected by a key from the system itself. We didn't get any of that.
iPhone and Android automatic backups may include app settings. These copies are controlled by Apple and Google, not us, and may survive uninstallation. You control this in the device settings.
Files that you export, such as backups, reports or billing messages, become under your control and that of the recipient. We are unable to delete a copy that has already left the application.
5. Who do we share with
Only what is necessary, and only with those who make the service work:
- Supabase: keeps your account and data synchronized.
- Apple and Google: They distribute the application, process purchases and take care of login when you choose to enter through them.
- Sentry: receives crash reports, already cleaned of your data.
- Apps you choose: calendar, email, WhatsApp or storage, only after you tap share.
- Authorities: when there is a valid order or legal obligation.
The contacts you register are other people's data. Register only what is necessary, have a legitimate reason for doing so and notify the contact when the law requires it. We only use them to perform what you asked.
6. Where the data lives
Your account data is stored on servers in United States (Oregon region), on Supabase infrastructure. Apple, Google and Sentry can also process data outside Brazil.
This international transfer is made with the guarantees provided for in articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD, through contractual clauses with each supplier. If you want details of the current configuration, ask for the privacy channel.
7. For how long

We may keep data for longer when the law or an authority order requires it. Once the reason is finished, we delete it or anonymize it.
8. Security
We keep the minimum necessary, protect the application database with a device system key, isolate data for each account, and clean error reports before sending them. No system is invulnerable, and we do not promise absolute security.
If an incident with a relevant risk occurs, we will inform the ANPD and the affected people within the legal deadlines. Found a bug? Write to seguranca@calendoctor.app without exploiting it and without accessing third-party data.
9. Your rights
You can request, at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of what is wrong, anonymization or elimination of what is unnecessary, portability, information about who we share it with, and revocation of consent.
Ask for privacidade@calendoctor.app or use Your data and deletion. We may ask for confirmation of identity proportionate to the request. We respond within the legal deadline. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the ANPD or consumer protection agencies.
10. Minimum age
Calendoctor is for people over 18 years old. That's why we ask for your date of birth when registering. We do not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents; If we identify such a registration, we close the account and delete the data.
11. Changes to this Policy
If we change something relevant, we will notify you in the application before the new version goes into effect, and we will ask for your acceptance again when the law requires it. We keep track of which version you accepted and when. Previous versions can be requested via the privacy channel.
