Take control of your data.

Learn how to erase local data and exercise your rights regarding cloud or contact data.

1. Data on device

By default, Calendoctor stores events, expenses, your profile, and preferences on your device. To erase this data, open Settings > Account and data > Clear data in the app and confirm the action. This removes the records managed by the app and supported local alerts from that device. This action cannot be undone.

Before erasing the data, you can export a JSON backup from Settings > Account and data > Export backup. The backup will be prepared for the destination you choose. Once exported, it is under your control and must be manually deleted from the locations where it was saved or shared. PDF/CSV reports and shared billing messages also need to be deleted at their respective destinations.

iCloud, Google Backup, or equivalent mechanism may retain preferences and other data as configured by you. Cleanup in Calendoctor does not control these copies; manage them in your account and operating system options.

2. Account and cloud sync

In Settings > Account and sync > Delete account and cloud data, you request deletion of the authentication record and linked data from the active database, including your profile, shifts, workplaces, first-party analytics, and subscription records held by Calendoctor. Your photo remains local unless a specific upload feature is used. Data stored only on the device, such as expenses in the current implementation, must be erased on the device.

Purchases and charges processed through the App Store or Google Play are not canceled by deletion and remain subject to store controls. If the server does not confirm the operation, the application reports the failure and the request must be sent to the privacy channel.

Referral records can be unlinked from the account without fully eliminating minimum entries necessary for the benefit of another user, auditing, anti-fraud and exercise of rights. Technical backups remain until the normal overwrite cycle. Records required by law may also be retained. Once the basis is closed, the data will be reasonably deleted or anonymized.

3. Other rights

You can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, information sharing, deletion, portability when regulated and applicable, opposition, revocation of consent or exclusively automated decision review. If the issue is not resolved, you can petition the ANPD and consumer protection agencies. See details in Privacy Policy.

4. How to submit a request

Use the subject line Calendoctor Privacy Request and provide the associated email address, request type, country or state of residence where relevant, and the details needed to process it.
